Terms and Conditions for VenueGolf for Women

1.     Eligibility

a)     All participants in the women’s golf competition must have an official golf handicap and be female golfers.

b)    Girls under 18 are welcome to participate, provided they have an official golf handicap and are accompanied by a parent/guardian or responsible adult with whom they are sharing a room.

c)     Men are welcome to attend the event but may not participate in the women’s golf competition.

2.    Men’s Participation

a)     Separate tee times can be arranged for men after the women’s golf event, and they may avail of the same package.

b)    Men cannot join the women for the post-golf dinner, as it is a women-only gathering.

c)     Men will have dining arrangements separate from the women’s dinner event.

3. Accommodation Options

a)     Single Room (Non-Sharing): A single supplement applies for this option.

b)    Twin Room: Two people sharing, each with their own bed.

c)     Double Room: Two people sharing, with one shared bed.

d)    Your information, including your name, will be shared with the hotel to assign your room for the event.

4. Tee Times & Participant Preferences

a)     All women who book their place at a VenueGolf event will be contacted at least four weeks in advance to confirm their preferences for tee times, playing partners, and any dietary requirements they may have.

b)    Tee times for the women’s competition will be assigned once the event is fully booked.

5. Pace of Play

a)    To maintain the pace of play, participants are requested to pick up their ball after scratching a hole.
b)    Slow play should be avoided to ensure an enjoyable experience for all participants.

6. Photography and Results

a)    By participating, you consent to having your photograph and name used on our website if you are among the winners.

b)    Names and results of all participants will be displayed on our results page.

c)    Results published and decided upon at the event are final.

d) This event will count as part of your handicap

7. Refund and Transfer Policy

a)    No refunds will be issued unless the event is cancelled by the organizers (see section 8).

b)   You may transfer your spot to another eligible female golfer or utilize your reservation for another Venue Golf event, provided that event is not fully booked.

8. Cancellations

a)   If the event is cancelled by the hotel, a new date will be rescheduled, and participants will be notified.

b)   If the event is cancelled by the organizers, a full refund will be issued.

9. Insurance

a)   All participants are required to have their own golf insurance or equivalent personal insurance to cover potential incidents.

10. Liability

a)   The organizers are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event.

11. Data Sharing

a)   By registering for the event, you consent to your information being shared with the hotel solely for the purpose of assigning your room.
